LEARN ABOUT THE FOLLOWING FROM EAP

All panels that are not currently in stock will be ordered upon receipt of a 50% deposit.  Please allow approximately 10 weeks for delivery of panels.  Materials that are currently in stock can typically be shipped out within 7-10 business days.  For orders of all non-standard colors and thicknesses, please allow 12-14 weeks for delivery.  The provided lead times for panels do not include fabrication. There is a 25% restocking fee on all canceled orders.  Orders for custom colors cannot be cancelled.

We will gladly send you samples of our products & literature at no charge. Place your sample order here. The Product Literature contains all of our product information and installation instructions, and is always available online and will only be sent if specifically requested.  Our standard sample size is 3 1/2” x 5” and you can expect delivery within 1-2 weeks from your request.  If you require expedited service please provide us with your FedEx or UPS Account information.  Please note that standard requests are limited to 6 samples per order.  If you require more than 6 samples, a non-standard size or expedited service, we kindly request that you contact a sales representative to place your order.

We will gladly provide a budget estimate or formal quote to assist with the pricing of your project.  We can produce a quote from an estimated square foot surface coverage and standard piece size, or from a piece-size takeoff provided by a contractor.  We will estimate the quantity of accessories that you will need based on the project details.

We offer the service of providing shop drawings to our customers. Our shop drawings will show panel layout & sizes, and standard details. Prior to any fabrication of panels the customer must verify all dimensions with field measurements.  All field measurements are the customer’s responsibility and shall take precedence over EAP Shop Drawings in all cases.

We can cut and pre-drill panels per customer provided field measurements.  Unless otherwise agreed, our standard tolerance for fabrication is +/- 1/16” on all length/width cuts, and +/- /16” on hole locations from reference shown on the approved shop drawings or cut list.  Most orders can be fabricated within 3-4 weeks once the order is placed.  Change orders will not be accepted on panels that have been fabricated.

 

Materials are shipped via commercial carrier.  Our standard shipment method is by closed dry van and requires a fork lift and/or dock at the unloading point.  Please note that a lift gate is not typically possible because of the size of the freight.  If you require a flatbed delivery, please notify our sales staff prior to placing your order. The customer is responsible for unloading all freight so arrangements must be made prior to delivery.  We are not responsible for additional charges from freight companies that result from the unloading process.  All materials must be handled with care to prevent damage as well as be covered securely to protect from dirt and moisture.  The strand board and plastic the panels are shipped in are not sufficient for full weather protection.  Pallets and crates must be stacked flat and fully supported to prevent bowing.
